Craigslist.org SCAM: SKOWHEGAN, ME

I have tried repeatedly to ask Craigslist.org to put a stop to repeated scams by a Kim, who lives at 710 Canaan Rd Skowhegan,me 399-9848.

In her latest SCAM ad, she admits that she is a college student, on the way to becoming a veterinarian. YET, she deliberately, methodically, regularly writes her ads as though she is totally illiterate. This way, she gains more sympathy from the good people of Maine. It sickens me the way she is getting away with fleecing and scamming good people, and ULTIMATELY also robbing legitimate charities.

She admits that she is running a "charity" as she loosely calls it. She fills the ads with fake stories, of how she is helping all these people who are down on their luck. I contacted the Town of Skowhegan and State Department in Maine. This is NOT a licensed, legal charity. I notified Craigslist about this in many e-mails and online letters, and have flagged her posts many times, BUT Craigslist still allows it to continue.

In the Spring of this year (2008), she wrote ads, begging for people to donate chickens, eggs, and chicks, so that she could show handicapped kids where chicks come from, etc. Well, not long after that, she placed many ads, in which she bragged that she had too many chicks and was selling them.

She has received all kinds of farm animals (chickens, cows, horses, goats, pigs, etc.), feed, human food, money, all necessities to run her "Hobby Farm" and has not had to report any of this to the IRS. How does that grab you?

In her ads, she also admits that she is selling snacks, specifically soda, chips and home-baked goods. Of course, she does not have a license to sell these items and is not reporting the income to the IRS. I understand that even illegal gains are supposed to be reported to the IRS. Well now, how about that. She doesn't report that income either.

I havea on going donationa and free area 7 days a week 10 - till dark. If you have not much money its ok you can get few things for say and cost you fod for families or critters is all. I'm trying to have a place where we all know times are tough but here at Happy Trails and Tales you can get things and cost is free or donation. NOW let youknwo all the times here ALL clothes-shoes-books + toys free!! Why spend so much on things even at the organizations which still cost high and kids out grow clothes so much when you can come here and trade or get free i got new and used. I also took in a family and I see how things are going the needy gets a little help from state but the middle ones who one the outer edge can't get help but they need too. So I want to help I'm doing thing type of yardsale thing free area-donation area and a selling area for i can help ones here and critters i help out. I want to have this place where people can keep their pets and not go shelter due to lack of food i've help 4 families on this so far. and more i feel coming. so now i'm get vetting degree i'm going to have a place for people get their pets shots not rabies but other ones and cost-a donation is all. So I like to ask now too if you can go threw all your house holds and if got anything to donate please let me know or drop off here where this special ongoing thing is 710 Canaan Rd Skowhegan,me 399-9848 Peple in need of clothes and furnitures or house hold things .Anything . even notebooks or coloring books to beds or livestock things. I'm looking for clothes(mainly lg + xlg) and bedding for families all ages and size bedding. I took in a family who has few things and needing a bunk bed set or two fold out beds for 2 children. I live in a trailer so room is tight i got few things i'm giving and doing. The little boy lost his puppy during the move still looking for it but i'm trying to find a fish tank ised to get fish to help ease a little bit of his mind. But here is what i do if you want to help thank you. If you need things come see me too. I give away clothes-shoes-books-toys and have a huge free area and flea market. I had a oscar i lost but i have feeder fish left I'm selling .50 make a pet for kids. they cute. i have game kids can play to win things. i grab bags, (free) and donate.(.25) to a x-mas tree note(will have your name for helping on it and goes on the tree.) which goes to help vetting,gas to get them ones looking for new home or to come to my place to join the others to be shared to see. for critters i help.I have at this yardsale a neat things ok i have a huge free area as said but i also have a pay just a donation area bring food or things for critters of all kinds. or can goods or whatever for people and babies, or give $ in the box i have there. Then i have a area with antiques and new and used items for sale. from tools, knicks knacks,house holds or whatever. low prices but this side helps me also and help you by me getting more things for your needs. I have a little boy looking for a fish tank right now. We're always looking to be a home for ones who need a home(livestocks) furry critters no dogs or cats or potbellies got enough.. What helps is a lot if the yardsale we have going all summer.. we give a way things too. ALL time we give away CLOTHES-BOOKS- TOYS AND HAVE FREE AREA... we've helped many burned out familes and college kids starting out ect..the critters we take in and help or just keep and not let them go back to the life they had and let them have a lovin home. BUt some we find homes for too. we have emu's,deer,mini horse,mini goats and bunnies. we know times are tough so we're trying to be neighbor helping neighbor. We sell things too. and have area which you just pay a donation for the stuff you want...OR BRING FOOD FOR any type animals from pets type insid eto wild type outside please things getting tougher and i been asked on rescuing critters due to lack of feed i want to help them keep their pets they love dearly jsut the cost of fuel and things making it tough please PLEASE help me help them drop off welcome i have totes and i can pick up loads. Knowing she couldn't have any .. she gave me the biggest hug.I teared up.also, we have a place for everyone who lost a pet or loved one we have a memorial garden free too.they can place a fake flower or picture or if a tree anything really. i'll place the name in it for them. Then another child came showing off her shoes which she paid 10. at a salvation army place. i said this is it. I'm having a place to help and to make memories too. People ask what we need or looking for i tell them- think just have whats on your back. This is why we say anything under the sun .Please bring bags if you come.PLEASE it'll help us. it's wheelchair able too to see critters. we're going to try mini cart rides soon looking for a big friendly goat now. People needing food and their pets. I have now 4 families in needing animals food and i exspect more to come. They want to keep their pets .One family went to 2 shelters and both told full and will take the dog but will have to put down. I can't see this. Its a child to few so i wanted to help i been giving a lot away but now i can't afford more .
